Begin your night with Hors d’ Oeuvres hour for your guests to enjoy before proceeding to the ballroom for the evening. We have a variety of hors d’oeuvres to choose from but here is a sample of our guest’s favorites.

 

 

 

Crabcakes–A Levy Signature Item

Always a favorite, with lemon aioli.

 

 

Grilled Vegetable Quesadillas

Served with cilantro aioli.

 

 

Rosemary Baby Lamb Chops

Rosemary and garlic marinated lamb chops grilled to perfection, served with mint chutney.

 

 

Asian Potstickers

Chicken, ginger, green onions and cilantro with Ponzu sauce.

 

 

The Alabaster package includes an artfully arranged domestic and imported cheese, fresh seasonal fruit, and bruschetta d’ Parma display. Served with a variety of crackers, flatbreads, bread rounds, and condiments

Starter Salads

 

 

Spinach and Granny Smith Apple Salad

Baby spinach and mixed greens, Granny smith apples, grape tomatoes, Gorgonzola cheese, and Balsamic.

 

 

California Salad

Mixed field greens, Maytag Bleu cheese, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and

green beans with Balsamic.

 

 

Oriental Salad

Cabbage, Mandarin oranges, water chestnuts, wontons, and sesame dressing.

 

 

 

Entrées

 

 

Filet Mignon and Tiger Prawns

Three seared prawns and a succulent petit filet accompanied with lobster risotto, broccoli, red peppers, and Chardonnay butter sauce.

 

Provencal Lamb Chops

Tender rack of lamb, seasoned with oregano, rosemary and garlic, classic roasted potatoes, and grilled asparagus, with baby carrots.

 

Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi

On a bed of wilted spinach, served with fruited wild rice, plantains, and pineapple

ginger salsa.
